- You must include original packaging, labels, and accessories
2. Items Not Eligible for Return

- The return request is made after the return window
- The product was on clearance, sale, or marked “non-returnable”
- The item was damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Note: Crockery items can be fragile, and damages caused after unboxing cannot be refunded.
3. Return Process

- Defective items
- Incorrect products
If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is approved and received:
- We will inspect the item
- Refund method:

- Bank transfer
- Store credit (if chosen by the customer)
Refunds may take time depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.
- If the customer simply changes their mind or wants to return for personal reasons, shipping charges are not refunded.

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may follow the return process (if applicable).
