Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at TZDineware. We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or broken when delivered
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is different from what was described on the website

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • You must include original packaging, labels, and accessories

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used or damaged by the customer
  • The return request is made after the return window
  • The product was on clearance, sale, or marked “non-returnable”
  • The item was damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Note: Crockery items can be fragile, and damages caused after unboxing cannot be refunded.


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Photos or videos of the damaged or wrong item
    • Brief explanation of the issue
  3. Our support team will review the request and guide you through the return procedure

We may arrange:

  • A pickup by our courier partner, OR
  • Ask you to ship the item back to us depending on your location

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect products

If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.


5. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

  • We will inspect the item
  • Refund method:
    • Original payment method (if applicable), OR
    • Bank transfer
    • Store credit (if chosen by the customer)

Refunds may take time depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Shipping Costs

  • If the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the customer simply changes their mind or wants to return for personal reasons, shipping charges are not refunded.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may follow the return process (if applicable).


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

  • Missing items
